Hi everyone,

I am currently thinking about early-stage pricing. I have some business experience in Turkey but I am trying to avoid building too much before I understand the real demand.

My current plan is to start with a small test, speak to potential customers and only then invest more time and money. The part I am unsure about is what to measure in the first 2-3 months.

If you have done something similar, I would appreciate practical feedback.

Who exactly is the first customer for early-stage pricing? Narrowing that down will answer many questions. I would keep the first test small and measurable.

I would avoid building a full product before you have evidence that the problem is painful enough.

I tested something similar to early-stage pricing. Getting even a few people to pay was a much stronger signal than interviews.
